Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in PMO governance, Agile methodologies, Jira, and Scrum practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maintaining high standards of execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to delivery
- Ensure adherence to PMO processes, governance, and reporting standards
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices and facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Track project progress using Jira and maintain accurate project documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, business stakeholders)
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Continuously improve project processes and team productivity
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in project management
- Strong experience in PMO frameworks and governance
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and reporting
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
