Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and manage Jira dashboards for tracking project and quality metrics
Generate regular Jira reports for stakeholders and leadership teams
Design quality dashboards to visualize testing progress, defect trends, and release readiness
Monitor dashboard accuracy and ensure data consistency across reporting systems
Collaborate with QA and development teams to define reporting requirements
Analyze project data to provide insights on quality trends and process improvements
Support agile ceremonies by providing updated metrics and reports
Maintain and optimize existing dashboards for performance and usability
Ensure adherence to reporting standards and governance practices
