Scrum Master Project Manager
Remote India (US hours)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for guiding our IT & Infrastructure teams, facilitating Agile processes, and managing projects from conception to delivery.
Your Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in a software development environment.
- Solid understanding of IT development life cycle as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
- Proven experience managing projects, timelines, and budgets.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Wrike, Jira and Confluence.
- Maintaining ticket queues, tickets, and escalations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a globally dispersed team and stakeholders.
- A dedicated, hardworking individual with a strong drive for success.
- BA or BS Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is highly preferred.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PMP).
- Experience in leveraging AI technologies to assist in your role.
- A bias for action and strong problem-solving skills.
This role is a contract and in Night Shifts of Indian Standard Time.
