Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing project schedules, tracking risks, collaborating with Product Owners, and ensuring successful delivery through transparent reporting and continuous improvement.
Mandatory Technical Skills
(Must be demonstrated clearly in project experience, not only listed as skills)
- Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Agile Scrum environments
- Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking
- Expertise in Jira dashboards and reports creation
- Proven experience conducting Agile ceremonies
- Strong collaboration with Product Owners for backlog refinement and prioritization
- RAID log management: Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies
- Agile responsibilities must be reflected in project descriptions

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage projects using Agile Scrum / Kanban methodologies
- Develop, track, and communicate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Identify, track, and facilitate resolution of project risks, issues, and impediments
- Conduct all Agile ceremonies and partner closely with Product Owners for backlog grooming
- Create, maintain, and present Jira dashboards and reports for project visibility
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable plans
- Track and report project progress, metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to ensure timely and successful delivery
