Role: Scrum Master/Project Manager

Location: Bangalore- All 5 Days Work From office

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Agile process, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining alignment between product goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate all Scrum flows: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Work with the Product Owner to ensure well-defined and prioritized backlog items.

Create comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.

Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.

Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders. Track sprint progress and ensure work is delivered according to commitments.

Identify and minimize project risks throughout its life cycle.

Conduct post-project evaluation for a continuous improvement

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.

A Master's degree or an advanced certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

Experience:

3-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in a similar role

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven track record of managing a project lifecycle.

Experience in strategic planning, risk management, or change management.

Experience in managing on ITSM, CSM Required Skills:

Strong working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools (Jira is preferable).

Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines.
