Project Manager

Role Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate Agile practices within cross-functional squads, driving alignment, collaboration, and high-value deliveries.
2. Partner with Product Owners to align squad outputs with product strategy and customer feedback loops.
3. Manage squad-level risks, dependencies, and impediments, ensuring timely resolution and transparent communication.
4. Coach teams on Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, supporting continuous improvement and transformation.

Key Deliverables:

1. Timely delivery of quality product increments aligned with customer expectations and market goals.
2. Enhanced squad productivity through tailored Agile facilitation and sprint ceremonies.
3. Robust inter-squad coordination enabling faster time to market and reduced product costs.
4. Budget adherence, performance tracking, and reporting for squad activities and development lifecycle.
