Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager - Real Estate Industry (Developer) to assist a senior project manager in the delivery of real estate projects. You will be responsible for interpreting drawings, preparing accurate material lists, and monitoring task-level schedules. This role requires a civil engineering degree or diploma, strong attention to detail, and a quality-oriented approach to both RCC and finishes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Project Assistance: Assist the senior project engineer/project manager in the successful delivery of projects.
  • Technical Interpretation: Thoroughly interpret drawings and specifications with a strong focus on detailing.
  • Material Management: Prepare accurate quantities and material lists, and make timely material requisitions.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a quality-oriented approach to both RCC and finishes.
  • Scheduling: Prepare and monitor task-level schedules to ensure projects stay on track.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to prepare accurate quantities, material lists, and requisitions.
  • A quality-oriented mindset for RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and finishes.
  • Proficiency in preparing and monitoring project schedules.
  • Experience in piling/pile foundations is a desirable skill.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
