Key Responsibilities
Site Setup & Process Implementation
- Develop and execute operational strategies for new site transitions
- Establish workflows and procedures tailored to site-specific requirements
- Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for site operations
Recruitment & Team Building
- Identify manpower requirements and define role responsibilities
- Partner with HR for recruitment, selection, and onboarding
- Lead training and development of newly hired teams
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, property owners, and internal teams
- Ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations
- Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones effectively
Operational Handover
- Develop and execute structured handover plans to operations teams
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and site briefings
- Ensure readiness of systems, documentation, and processes for smooth transition
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Implement quality control measures to meet company and client standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and industry requirements
- Monitor adherence to established SOPs and governance frameworks
Project Management & Execution
- Plan, track, and manage transition timelines and deliverables
- Address risks, issues, and dependencies during project execution
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, time, and quality standards
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance transition processes and efficiency
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions
- Stay updated with industry trends and evolving practices
Leadership & Decision Making
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration
