Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Chennai, overseeing our premium gated community project White Town Villas (24 Villas) in Guduvancherry.

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end construction management, including planning, execution, monitoring, budgeting, vendor coordination, and quality assurance. The role requires maintaining strict adherence to timelines, safety regulations, and quality standards while ensuring smooth coordination between contractors, site engineers, consultants, and management.

The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the successful and timely completion of the 24-villa community project.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee complete project lifecycle from planning to handover.

- Manage construction schedules and ensure milestone achievement.

- Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.

- Ensure quality control and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

- Maintain site safety standards and a disciplined work environment.

- Conduct regular inspections and progress reviews.

- Prepare and present progress reports to management.

- Handle procurement planning and logistics coordination.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E Civil) (Diploma in Civil Engineering with strong experience may also be considered).

- 710 years of experience in residential construction projects.

- Minimum 3+ years in a Project Manager or Senior Site Engineer role.

- Experience handling villas, independent houses, or gated community projects preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong Project Management and site execution expertise.

- Experience in inspection and quality assurance processes.

- Knowledge of logistics planning and material coordination.

- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple villas simultaneously.
