Team
The PMO team supports Operations and Leadership through process design, dashboards, reporting, governance, and oversightensuring projects and initiatives are delivered efficiently and aligned with CIP's strategic goals. By standardizing processes, leveraging metrics, and enabling technology across functions, the team implement best practices that strengthen execution, promote global growth, and enhance client value.

Role
As our new Project Manager, you'll be part of a continually evolving and collaborative environment where your skills in project and stakeholder management will ensure projects run smoothly. You will manage strategic and operational projects across their full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely execution, and continuous improvement.

More specifically, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and monitoring cross-functional initiatives, while coordinating governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement using industry-standard project management methodologies and tools

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:
  • Develop tailored project plans, schedules, and milestones, aligning complexity with business impact
  • Oversee and coordinate tasks during each phase of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Establish governance mechanisms, facilitate meetings, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and appropriate escalations
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, such as status reports, risk logs, meeting minutes and other artifacts contributing towards PMO best practices and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Use dashboards and reporting tools to monitor project health, diligently identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Produce operational MI and dashboards to enable continuous improvement
  • Develop process designs, maps to support design authority and other forums
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, aligning resources to meet delivery expectations
  • Ensure budget compliance while adhering to timelines and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, managing expectations, and aligning with project goals.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities using standard tools and techniques to enhance process efficiency.

You
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in managing cross-functional initiatives in a multi-geographical environment. You are a highly results-oriented and motivated individual who thrives in a structured, collaborative setting with a focus on continuous improvement.

We look for the following in a candidate:
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in project planning, execution, and monitoring, with a comprehensive grasp of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
  • Possesses effective interpersonal and communication skills, capable of persuading and aligning diverse teams and external partners
  • Highly skilled in project tracking and reporting using tools such as MS Project, Jira, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exhibits clear self-management, responsible ethical decision-making, and a constructive approach, continually improving operational performance
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or CAPM
  • Comfortable in deadline-focused environments, managing multiple priorities with precision and clarity.
