What You'll Do:
- The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- This role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes and alignment with business objectives.
- Project Planning & Execution Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates. Drive end-to-end project delivery using industry-standard methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
- Stakeholder & Team Management Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Lead cross-functional project teams, assign tasks, and ensure accountability. Conduct regular status meetings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder updates.
- Risk & Issue Management Identify project risks and issues proactively. Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical blockers as needed. Ensure compliance with organizational and project governance frameworks.
- Budgeting & Reporting Track project budgets, expenditures, and forecast future costs. Provide accurate and timely project status reports, dashboards, and documentation. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Process & Quality Management Ensure adherence to SDLC, ITIL, Agile, or other relevant frameworks. Drive process improvements and build best practices into project execution. Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons-learned sessions.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Proven experience managing IT projects (software development, infrastructure, cloud, or digital transformation).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevOps concepts. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
- Power BI experience is must.
- Soft Skills Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
