Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Experience: 10 - 14 years
Notice Period:- Immediate joiners.
JD:
Project Delivery: Plan, track, and manage all phases of complex technical projects to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact, managing stakeholder expectations from technical staff to CXO levels.
Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues affecting project performance.
Financial & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, services revenue, margins, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project reporting, including project plans, risk registers, and status updates.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and support teams (TAC) to ensure seamless, high-quality implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in project/program management, preferably in the IT/telecommunications sector.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of PM methodologies (e.g., PMP) and Cisco technology solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Common Certifications
PMP (Project Management Professional)
Cisco Certifications (e.g., CCNA) (preferred, not always mandatory).
