Qualifications: BE (Mechanical / Chemical) with 15+ years of experience of Project Management in Hydrocarbon sector. PMP certified preferred.

Role Overview:

You will lead the planning, execution, and closing of complex hydrocarbon projects, ensuring that project goals and objectives are achieved. You shall coordinate with various teams and stakeholders, manage resources, and oversee project risk and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and integration.
• Monitor and track project progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure project delivery remains on track.
• Visit Project site as and when required and accountable to drive engaging and result oriented discussions with stakeholders and to bring solutions and progress to the table.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
• Lead and mentor project team members to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
