Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with 14+ years of expertise in managing large-scale AI/ML and Data Analytics–driven projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, extensive experience with government and enterprise programs, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete project lifecycle for AI/ML and Data Analytics–based solutions.
• Work closely with engineering, data science, product, and stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and technical challenges, ensuring proactive mitigation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and expectation management.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Handle escalations, objections, and conflicts effectively to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 14+ years of experience managing AI/ML, Data Analytics, or technology-driven product projects.
• Strong exposure to government or large enterprise projects.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data analytics workflows, and SDLC.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a strong plus.
