Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Project & Site Management Engineer with strong experience in execution, coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV and MEP systems including CCTV, Fire Alarm, HVAC, and Life Safety Systems. The candidate should have hands-on exposure in large infrastructure projects such as Metro Rail, Railway, Airport, Power Plant, Industrial, or Government projects.

The role requires strong site execution capability, vendor coordination, project planning, documentation, safety compliance, and client handling experience.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Management

• Manage end-to-end execution of ELV/MEP projects at site.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Conduct daily site monitoring, manpower allocation, and work progress tracking.
• Prepare micro-level project schedules and monitor milestones.

System Expertise

Documentation & Coordination

• Preparation of BOQ, billing, DPR/MIS reports, material reconciliation, and quantity variation statements.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and QAP documents.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors for material planning and delivery.
• Attend client meetings, progress review meetings, and technical discussions.

Testing & Commissioning

• Conduct inspection and testing activities as per standards.
• Ensure successful commissioning and system integration.
• Prepare snag lists and closure reports.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Implement quality control procedures at project sites.
• Maintain all technical and project documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong project and site management capabilities
• Knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm, HVAC, and ELV systems
• Experience in Metro/Railway/Power Plant/Industrial projects
• Ability to handle multiple contractors and site teams
• Understanding of BOQ, drawings, and technical specifications
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation
