AIML Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute medium to large projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, scope, and outcome.
• Lead conversations at various levels and follow through on action items.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels up to VP/GM.
• Manage resource capacity allocated to projects and monitor project milestones and deliverables.
• Address project delays by implementing effective mitigation plans.
• Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems or issues.
• Work with global teams and provide direction to team members, coordinating their activities.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure timely progress and alignment.
• Quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment and multiple concurrent projects.
• Drive Digital Transformation initiatives in fixed price mode for software and product implementations.
• Engage with clients for strong client management and interaction throughout project lifecycle.
• Estimate project efforts, costs, and resource requirements accurately.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, managing large teams of 15-20 members effectively.
• Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, persuasion, and negotiation skills, including conflict resolution.
• Work professionally with technology staff, business stakeholders, end users, and management.
• Work independently while being self-motivated to drive multiple projects.
