Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Communication
- Accurately capture and communicate requirements from other teams to the instructional designer, ensuring seamless integration into project plans.
- Facilitate effective communication between developers and other teams to ensure clear understanding and timely execution of tasks.
- Coordinate meetings efficiently, setting clear agendas and follow-ups to resolve dependencies and action items.
- Coordinate with the product team and placement team, provide insights into content development making learning easy for users from different backgrounds.
- Test product features from curriculum contributor perspective and ensure all acceptance criteria is met
Team Engagement & Development
- Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Coordinate regular performance reviews for all team members, ensuring feedback and development opportunities are effectively communicated.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and open feedback within the team
- Facilitate rewards and recognition to acknowledge the high performers in the team
- Identify talent gaps within the team and oversee the recruitment of professionals to fill necessary roles.
Operational Management
- Efficiently manage onboarding, training, and hiring processes by coordinating ensuring they are conducted according to company standards.
- Demonstrate effective oversight of budget approvals (clickup, hiring, etc), procurement and allocation of resources, including technical systems and software within the team to ensure the smooth project management process.
- Keep operational documents, including tasks, sheets, sprints, and work logs, well-organized and accessible, enhancing team productivity and project tracking.
- Create & maintain monthly reports to track team progress and performance.
Sprint Management
- Ensure strict adherence to sprint schedules, contributing to the timely delivery of project milestones.
- Create visibility for the instructional designers regarding project statuses, potential obstacles, and achievements.
- Effectively escalating issues when necessary, ensuring that there are no delays in resolution and that all team members are informed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for a diverse audience.
- knowledge of project management tools like Click Up and agile development.
- Detail-oriented with good documentation and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of the challenges and needs of students.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Familiarity with the latest educational tools and tech trends, e.g. Chat GPT, Claude, etc.
