Projects Monitoring & Management (Internal/ Customer/ Filings/ Queries)
1. Work with HOD/ designee to decide on the project overall timelines (Project schedule) and schedule/deadline for PD/AD & cross functioning departments. Liaison with other CFTs and communicate the requirements as per timelines decided
2. Should have good understanding of regulatory compliance with GMP and ICH
3. Should have capable of planning and managing project scope, timelines and resources,
4. Excellent in CFT's co-ordination including R&D, QA, QC, manufacturing, SCM and Regulatory
5. Should have skilled in Risk mitigation strategies, understanding of quality deviations and its associated regulations on preventive actions
6. Having good client management capabilities and lead governance meetings, negotiate time lines and deliverables
7. Having good knowledge on evaluation of impact of scope changes, contract amendments and project budget management
8. Having good knowledge on pharma product development to commercial manufacturing activities
9. Ensure real time monitoring of progress of the project amongst all departments and push them where ever necessary to complete the activities as per scope of work within the schedule contract period to avoid delayed delivery of product
10. Support and coordination to all functional teams of group to meet overall project timelines, ensuring proper visibility of deadlines, tracking projects to ensure adherence
11. Possess excellent skills in timelines tracking through GANNT charts, MS-Project etc.
12. Maintain transparency at all levels of project management.
13. Good skills in making costing sheets/analysis and have expertise in MS -Excel & PPT
14. Highlight & raise alarms on envisaged delays or slippages in timelines.
15. Organizing meetings (CFT) on regular basis to monitor the progress of the project, transparency across development
