Senior Project Manager – Microsoft Account

Job Description

• Location: Hyderabad (Preferred: Local candidates)

• Experience: 15+ years (Microsoft Account Management & D365 experience preferred)

• Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects related to our Microsoft

account, ensuring seamless delivery, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end project execution. Candidates

with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and prior experience managing Microsoft-related

engagements will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for the Microsoft account, ensuring timelines, quality, and

client satisfaction.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft teams, ensuring smooth communication and

operational alignment.

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with Microsoft stakeholders and internal teams.

• Translate business requirements into detailed project plans, deliverables, and timelines.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations to ensure

seamless execution.

• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

• Prepare and present regular project updates, dashboards, and reports to leadership and Microsoft

stakeholders.

• Drive governance meetings, stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and Microsoft's program expectations.

• Strengthen relationship management for long-term engagement growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (15 + years) in Project Management with strong client-facing exposure.

• Recent experience managing Microsoft account(s) is mandatory ( 5+ Years).

• Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a strong plus.

• Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates local to Hyderabad or willing to relocate.

• Experience working with global teams, especially within Microsoft ecosystem.

• Strong understanding of cloud products, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise project workflows.
