Job Description

  • Lead and manage MEP design, coordination, and execution for office fitout and brownfield projects.
  • Review and validate MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs ensure alignment with project requirements and local codes.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors for seamless integration of MEP systems.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for MEP works.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Manage procurement and installation of MEP equipment and materials.
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, value engineering opportunities, and design conflicts.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and compliance.
  • Prepare progress reports, documentation, and maintain project records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in MEP management, preferably in office fitout and brownfield projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage contractors, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
