Job Title: Offshore Program / Project Manager

Location: Hyderabad, India (Preferred)

Experience: 12–18 years

This engagement is a strategic, long-term Application Management and Transformation program supporting enterprise platforms across correspondence, content management, workflow, and case management within the Health Tech industry. The program includes AMS with strict SLA governance, multi-year transformation initiatives, and delivery in a regulated environment. Platforms include OpenText Exstream, Hyland OnBase, Appian, and Pega.

Role Summary

This role serves as the offshore execution anchor, working closely with the US-based Project Director. It is hands-on and accountable for planning, governance, reporting, and execution with a strong ownership mindset.

Key Objectives

Ensure SLA-compliant AMS delivery, smooth transition to steady state, support transformation initiatives alongside BAU, maintain strong planning/reporting standards, and act as offshore counterpart to onsite leadership. Key Responsibilities End-to-end program delivery across AMS and transformation Maintain Microsoft Project Plans (MPP) Drive governance, reporting, RAID logs, executive updates Stakeholder management and communication Adhere to PMO and delivery processes Ensure ITIL-aligned operations Handle execution, risks, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

12–18 years in IT program/project management Strong Microsoft Project experience Offshore-onsite delivery experience with US clients Strong governance and reporting skills Excellent stakeholder management

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Healthcare domain experience Exposure to OpenText Exstream, OnBase, Appian, Pega AMS + transformation experience PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL certifications
