Project Manager - CCM (Hyderabad/Coimbatore/Pune)
Technical & Functional Expertise
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in CCM platforms with strong expertise in at least one:
- OpenText Exstream / SmartCOMM / Quadient Inspire
- Strong understanding of:
- Document composition (batch & interactive)
- CCM workflows, data integration, and output management
- XML, XSLT, Java, REST APIs, SQL
- Experience with cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Maintain Project Management Plan
- Ensure sprint goals are met
- Plan & schedule Project activities
- Resource planning for the project
- Monitor and control the Project Progress on periodic basis
- Identify & manage risks and Issues
- Manage Change Control
- Analyze Metrics
- Task allocation, status tracking and reporting
- Schedule and Effort tracking
- Prepare Training & mentoring Plans
- Plan Quality Process improvement initiatives
- Ensure process compliance across team members
- Proactively analyze and close issues
What you need (knowledge, Skills & Experience):
- Experience in managing large CCM projects
- Use of project management tools (e.g. MS-Project)
- Experience in Waterfall and Agile project methodology
- Knowledge of domain (P&C, FS etc.)
