About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to handle end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (interior preferred)
- Strong knowledge of site execution, materials, and workflows
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings
- Experience in vendor management, contractor handling, and team supervision
- Strong understanding of project planning, costing, budgeting, and billing
- Experience in site measurements and execution planning
- Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good client handling and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete project lifecycle from planning to handover
- Coordinate between design team, vendors, and clients
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Supervise site work and maintain quality standards
- Handle client communication and updates
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth execution
