Position: IT Head

Role Summary
The IT Head will lead the technology function across all business verticals under AGT Business Associates, ensuring robust systems, seamless coordination of software development, ERP implementation, and technology-driven operational excellence.
The role requires strong expertise in managing the full software lifecycle — from requirement gathering, development coordination, testing, consultant management, implementation, and post-go-live reviews.
Candidates with strong ERP implementation experience, especially ERPNext, will be highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Leadership
- Lead end-to-end IT and system development initiatives across all entities
- Align business requirements with technology solutions
- Build scalable and efficient digital systems to support growth
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance
ERP Leadership & Implementation
- Lead ERP implementation, customization, and rollout across multiple business units
- Coordinate with consultants, developers, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Review business workflows and map them into ERP processes
- Drive user adoption, training, and post-implementation support
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and system controls
Development Coordination
- Manage software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to deployment
- Coordinate coding, code review, testing, debugging, and release schedules
- Monitor project timelines and delivery milestones
- Ensure proper documentation and version control
Testing & Review
- Oversee UAT, QA, and functional testing processes
- Review system gaps, bugs, and performance issues
- Lead continuous improvements and system upgrades
- Conduct periodic project and implementation reviews
Consultant & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with external consultants and implementation partners
- Coordinate with operations, finance, HR, and management teams
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration
Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership experience in IT / technology roles
- Hands-on understanding of coding and system architecture
- Strong ERP implementation and business process understanding
- Experience managing internal teams and external vendors
Preferred Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience as IT Manager / IT Head / Technology Lead
- ERP implementation experience mandatory
- ERPNext experience preferred
- Experience in hospitality, retail, franchise, or multi-location business is an advantage
