At Kapture CX, we are looking for a driven and high-performing Project Manager in our Implementation team! This is a Bangalore-based role.

2. What is this role all about
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our suite of products for our clients. This role involves direct client interaction, great project management skills, and a decent understanding of technology.

- Drive end-to-end project delivery: You will own the planning, execution, and coordination to ensure every project ships on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Champion client success: You will need to deeply understand the client's business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and act as a trusted advisor through proactive communication and solution-oriented engagement.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration: You will work seamlessly with Kapture's tech and non-tech teams to turn requirements into high-quality implementations, while maintaining strong, consistent client interactions.
- Uphold delivery excellence: You will maintain robust documentation (BRD, SOW, project plans), track milestones, manage risks, and ensure adherence to processes, methodologies, and quality standards.
- Bring a future-ready mindset: To be able to perform well in this role, you will need to stay informed on emerging technologies, including AI and modern SaaS trends, and apply that knowledge to guide conversations and strengthen project outcomes.

3. What would make you a good fit for this role
Here is what we require you to have:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.), preferably in Computer Science or related fields.
- You have 58 years of experience managing projects for ticketing platforms or CRM implementations (required).
- You have proven experience in software or CRM/ERP/Service Desk implementation in B2B/B2C SaaS or consulting/IT services environments.

- Strong techno-functional expertise with a solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and software platforms
- High process orientation and ability to deliver against deadlines.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and client engagement skills.

- High ownership mindset, along with the ability to multi-task
You will have an advantage if you:
- Have worked in the field of AI and / or are able to discuss AI, automation, and digital transformation concepts confidently at a high level.
- Hold project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2
