Role Description

The Project Manager is a hybrid position designed to provide hands-on experience in overseeing and coordinating brand projects. You will manage timelines, communicate with team, facilitate expediting processes, oversee logistics, strategise on concepts and ensure quality standards through inspections. This role involves supporting teams in delivering projects efficiently and effectively while fostering creativity and collaboration across departments. You will be also required to strategise on brand decks to pitch potential clients.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in Project Management and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with Expediting and Expeditor processes within project workflows
• A creative thinking mind, with organization and execution abilities.
• Understanding of quality controls, such as Inspection of event materials and processes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with project management tools and technology is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to manage clients and vendors.
