This is a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager role located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include overseeing construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining budgets, coordinating resources, and adhering to project plans. The Construction Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, manage work schedules, monitor progress, and ensure that all construction activities align with safety standards and quality expectations. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for day-to-day coordination of contractors and project teams.

• Experience in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects
• Strong skills in Construction Management and overseeing site operations
• Expertise in overall Project Management, including risk mitigation and stakeholder communication
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities
• Working knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in the construction industry
• Relevant certifications in construction or project management are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
