Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to handle
end-to-end delivery of Substation and Power Distribution projects (Turnkey, including Civil works). The role involves
bidding, estimation, planning, execution, and closure of medium to large-scale projects, ensuring delivery within scope, cost, quality, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Proposal Manager during bidding & tendering
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, BOQs, costing & risk mitigation plans
- Supplier & subcontractor RFQs, evaluation, negotiation, vendor management
- Project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring & control
- Manage risks, changes, claims & contractual obligations
- Stakeholder coordination and project status reporting
- Ensure quality, governance, and compliance to timelines
Skills Required
- Substations & Power Distribution (Turnkey Projects)
- Project Planning & Execution
- Estimation, BOQ, Costing & Contracts
- Risk & Change Management
- MS Project / Primavera
Preferred: PMP Certification
