Role: Project Manager - Infrastructure Transformation (Splunk)-IM
A critical element for success is a Project Manager who can navigate the complexities of a large-scale version migration. This role does not require Splunk administrative expertise; rather, it requires a high-level orchestration of technical teams, vendor management and business continuity planning to ensure zero-disruption to global operations.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a resilient Project Manager with a track record of leading enterprise software upgrades or migrations. You will act as the central coordinator between the Splunk technical engineers, stakeholders and business users. The role demands execution excellence, rigorous risk management and the ability to drive a roadmap without needing to hands-on configure the tool itself.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Project Expertise: Proven experience managing version upgrades or migration projects in a large-scale corporate environment.
- Methodology: Strong knowledge of Waterfall (for milestones) and Agile (for sprint-based testing/fixes).
- Communication: Ability to translate technical blockers into business impact language for senior leadership.
- Familiarity with logging or observability concepts is a plus.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 or ITIL are highly preferred
Experience: 5-8 years of Project Management expertise
Education: Bachelor/Master Degree in IT, Business Management, or a relevant field
