Responsibilities

• To understand project scope, goals and deliverables
• To plan and implement project and define the tasks managing the budget.
• To Allocate project resources.
• To create schedule and project timeline, tracking of the deliverables.
• To support and direct team and to monitor and report on project progress.
• Presentation to stakeholders to report about progress as well as problems and solutions.
• When necessary to meet project outputs Implement and manage the change .
• To evaluate and assess result of project.
