We are seeking an experienced ELV professional with 3+ years of project execution experience who can independently manage project delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ELV project execution, from site survey and technical planning to installation, testing, commissioning, and final client handover.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, vendors, subcontractors, and site personnel to achieve project milestones.
- Prepare and review BOQs, technical specifications, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and project documentation.
- Manage procurement planning, vendor selection, material approvals, and contract documentation for ELV systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Monitor installation activities for CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA/VA, BMS, and Structured Cabling systems.
- Interface with clients, consultants, architects, and authorities to resolve technical issues, manage change requests, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project KPIs, resource utilization, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned across projects.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in ELV project execution.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
