Senior Project Manager

• Manage the successful delivery of multiple software projects.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, resource allocation and deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Track and report progress, risks, and issues to leadership with mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance across all project phases.
• Manage project scope, change requests, and handle project escalations effectively.
• Support business development and proposal preparation with effort estimates and planning inputs.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, or Production) or a related technical field.
• 10+ Years of overall experience with Minimum 3 years of experience in managing software/technology project deliveries.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Prior Exposure to CAD/BIM/Engineering software projects.
• Prior Exposure to AI tech in project.
• Work from On Site / Client Location when ever needed.
