JOB OBJECTIVES

Ensure project organization to guarantee its successful completion

• Contribute to the development of preliminary studies and the translation of requirements while considering constraints.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed studies and the implementation of project management processes and phases.
• Ensure the definition of cost estimation assumptions and the preparation of the projected budget.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks.

Manage project activities to meet client commitments

• Mobilize stakeholders around the project.
• Ensure the coordination of project activities and tasks.
• Monitor resource usage and the evolution of project risks.

Ensure project communication to optimize interface and resource management

• Manage internal and external interface relationships.
• Organize follow-up, validation, and steering meetings.
• Prepare periodic reports and the final project report.

Control the development and monitoring of the project quality plan to meet quality requirements and standards

• Prepare the quality plan according to defined standards and norms.
• Ensure the efficiency of quality and cost measurement indicators.
• Continuously monitor strict adherence to quality commitments throughout all project phases.
