Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and execution of projects related to process improvement, operational efficiency, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of project initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for project strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to support project delivery.
  • Contribute to process improvements, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Act as a key point of contact for specific project-related activities, ensuring timely communication and resolution of queries.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: MBA from Tier 1 &2 colleges.
  • Experience: Prior internship or exposure to project management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Candidate Attributes:

  • Strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Team Management of at least 5-10 members
