Profile Overview

Experienced Project Manager with 15–20 years of expertise in HDPE pipeline projects, handling end-to-end project execution including planning, coordination, and commissioning. Capable of managing large and complex projects, leading site teams, and ensuring delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards

Plan, execute, and manage HDPE pipeline projects from initiation to completion.

Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

•

Oversee site operations including pipeline laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning.

•

Lead and supervise project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

•

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.

•

Ensure compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

•

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

•

Manage procurement planning and ensure timely availability of materials.

•

Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies at all project sites.

•

Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and reporting to management.

•

Manage subcontractors and ensure work execution as per scope, quality, and timelines.

•

Control project costs and ensure optimum utilization of resources.

•

Handle project documentation including DPRs, billing, and project closure reports.
