Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and deliver projects within the healthcare domain. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Conduct project status meetings and track action items.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Manage project resources and support budget tracking.
• Identify and resolve project risks and delivery issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Follow project governance processes and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process and delivery improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or PMO roles.
• Experience managing projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Excel, or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in risk, issue, resource, and budget management.
• Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
