Project Manager

Job Description:

Katomaran Technologies is looking for a Project Manager to join its development team. The person will be responsible for understanding requirements from upper management and customers, conducting daily progress meetings among the development teams, collecting work progress reports, and keeping a check on the progress. The person will also have to keep continuous interactions with the customer and maintain relations with them.

Responsibilities

• Need to manage the resource of time and deployment deliverables.
• Plan and implement projects.
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Manage budget and allocate project resources.
• Create a schedule and project timeline.
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
• Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
• Answering emails related to the execution or maintenance of a project.
• Delegate responsibilities to the team members.
• Update workflows and communicate/coordinate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of work.
• Conduct regular team meetings on projects (daily, weekly, and sprint meetings), gather status reports and tackle any new issues.
• Prepare product-related proposals/documentation.
• Coordinating with the clients, checking in with the client or other stakeholders to update them on the project's progress.
• Skills Required: Agile, Scrum, Sprint Meeting, IT project management

Requirements

• Degree in MBA and passion to manage people.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong analytical and negotiating skills.

Work Experience: 3-4 years (preferred)
