About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution across multiple functions while owning all external partnerships (consultants, agencies, freelancers). The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Project & Program Management, PMO Operations, Service Delivery, Risk & Cost Management, Vendor Management, Agile & Scrum methodologies, Stakeholder Engagement, Process Automation, and Data-Driven Decision Making. This is a high-impact role that ensures our projects remain on track, stakeholders are aligned, and every external contributor works in sync with GAJAB's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project & Program Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• PMO Operations: Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, and standardized processes.
• Service Delivery Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Risk & Cost Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Vendor Management: Oversee third-party service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Agile & Scrum Delivery: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders; ensure alignment on priorities.
• Process Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and KPIs to measure project performance, identify gaps, and optimise outcomes.
