Role: Project Manager

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Graduate / MBA

Experience: 9+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage offshoring & application deployment initiatives

Drive governance forums & steering committee inputs

Manage project timelines, budgets, risks & escalations

Coordinate with onshore & cross-functional teams

Oversee SLA setup, amendments & risk assessments

Execute testing (UAT, test cases, defect tracking, Agile, jira)

Drive process improvements in Accounts Receivable (Invoicing, Payment Processing, Credit Management)

Support system enhancements & transformation initiatives

Skills Required:

End-to-End Project Management (All phases)

Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

MS Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables)

Stakeholder & Governance Management

Accounting Processes (Preferred)

Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills
