Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Project Manager to support our technical and operational teams. This role is critical in ensuring that projects run smoothly and are well-documented from initiation through execution. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Jira and adept at managing workflows, assigning tasks, and driving progress through structured, repeatable processes.
Strong communication skills are essentialyou must be able to articulate project status clearly, priorities, and blockers to a wide range of stakeholders. The right candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, with an ability to synthesize information and keep everyone aligned and informed.
Preferred Location - Chennai
Work Mode - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote
Shift Timing: 8.00PM - 5.00AM IST (Flexibility required based on customer need)
Key Responsibilities
Jira Ticket Management
oCreate, assign, and maintain Jira tickets with accurate metadata and descriptions.
oEnsure tickets are complete, contain relevant acceptance criteria, and are ready for engineering or stakeholder review.
Project Coordination
oTrack project milestones and proactively communicate status, issues, and risks.
oRun weekly stand-ups with technical teams where needed.
oMaintain visibility into multiple concurrent projects and ensure accurate reflection in tools and reports.
Reporting & Communication
oGenerate and distribute regular status updates, dashboards, and performance reports.
oEscalate issues appropriately and ensure follow-through on action items.
oInterface with cross-functional teams within Accounting
Documentation & Process Improvement
o Maintain clear documentation of workflows, processes, decisions, and timelines.
