Key responsibilities include:
Requirement Gathering Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, and objectives.
- Elicit, document, and prioritise business and technical requirements for web-based solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing projects.
System Design Documentation:
- Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Develop workflow diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups to support system design.
- Ensure that projects are designed to meet scalability, security, and performance requirements.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers, to ensure the successful implementation of websites and web applications.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with timelines and business goals.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and any necessary adjustments.
- Conduct project demos for clients, showcasing completed features and functionalities, and manage the final delivery process.
Testing Quality Assurance:
- Develop test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure systems meetclient expectations and quality standards.
- Identify, document, and resolve any issues or bugs during the testing phases.
- Conduct data analysis using Excel, SQL, or Power BI to generate reports and insights.
Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor project performance and make recommendations for improvements and optimisations.
- Stay updated on emerging web technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in web-based business systems.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between engineers, designers, and customers to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Project co-ordinator / Client relationshiprole with a focus on web-based technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating detailed business process documentation, system requirements, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS OfficeandKnowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
- Proficiency inagile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to create and maintain clear documentation.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
