A glimpse into the role
The Project Manager is responsible for managing pump system projects from order intake to final delivery and commissioning. The role includes project planning, technical coordination, procurement follow-up, customer communication, cost control, scheduling, documentation management, and ensuring timely execution in compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
The Project Manager will coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, production, logistics, service teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project execution within budget and timeline.

Furthermore, We Imagine You Possess The Following Competencies
- Strong planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings including control panel schematics, VFD configurations, motor terminal box layouts, GA drawings, and P&ID diagrams.
- Knowledge of IEC motors, VFDs, MCC systems, and basic instrumentation interfaces.
- Understanding of international standards (API, ISO, IEC, ASME) and project execution procedures.
- Strong technical knowledge of centrifugal pumps and complete pumping systems.
- PMP certified or strong understanding of PMP methodology (scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, communication, procurement).

We Also Imagine That You
- Have 5–10 years of experience in pump industry/project engineering/project management.
- Have experience in handling industrial, marine, oil & gas, water treatment, or process pump projects preferred.
- Have experience with ERP systems such as Infor similar is an advantage.
- Have experience with CRM/Salesforce
- Holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
- Additional project management training preferred.
