Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Project Manager based in Hyderabad. The Project Manager will oversee various aspects of project execution, including planning, coordination, and resource allocation. Responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery of projects, managing vendor communications, monitoring project progress, conducting inspections, and resolving logistical challenges. The role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project execution from design stage to handover.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, Purchase, Dispatch, Site) to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Manage site teams, supervisors, and contractors for efficient site execution.
  • Ensure project milestones and timelines are achieved without compromising quality.
  • Monitor project budgets, material requirements, and cost control.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is as per approved drawings and quality standards.
  • Prepare and review project progress reports and share updates with management.
  • Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical problems when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, safety guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain good vendor and service provider relationships for smooth operations.
  • Oversee billing coordination and project documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management.
  • 710 years of experience in Construction / Interior Projects / Modular Furniture industry.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle internal teams, vendors, and site supervisors effectively.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
