Detailed description:
- PMP-certified Program / Project Manager with 12-15 years of experience in SAP and S4 Hana (8+ yrs) .
- Expert in project portfolio management, Agile & Waterfall methodologies, and large-scale transformation initiatives across IT, Finance, Pharma
- Results-driven Project Manager leading digital transformation and ERP implementation projects.
- Proven track record in delivering SAP S/4HANA (FICO) implementations, project planning, managing data migration, monitoring testing/UAT, and developing trackers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Adept at cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and end-user enablement through structured training and change management initiatives.
- Recognized for driving on-time, within-budget project deliveries and enhancing business process efficiency through strong governance, risk management, and delivery planning.
- Worked with CXO-level leaders to support decision-making through analytics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
- Project & Program Management: Planning, Execution & Delivery, Risk, Issue & Dependency Management, Milestone Tracking & PMO Governance, Budget & Benefit Tracking, Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- SAP S/4HANA Implementation (FICO): Configuration Oversight, Tracker Management, Integration with Finance & Controlling Modules, Cutover and Go-Live Readiness
- Testing & Data Workstreams: UAT Planning & Coordination, Test Script Development & Defect Tracking, Data Migration, Validation & Reconciliation, Business Readiness & Quality Assurance
- Change Management & Training: User enablement, Change Impact Assessment & Communication, Training Material Development & Delivery, User Adoption & Post-Go-Live Support
- Tools & Methodologies: SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid Project Methodologies, MS Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint Reporting
- Led the end-to-end Cloud ERP transformation program, migrating global financial operations from Oracle E-Business Suite to Workday Financials, improving reporting accuracy and process efficiency.
- Managed the Planning & Forecasting Workstream.
