Bot maintenance & reusability
- Experience in Microsoft Technologies like Power Platform
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or PMP certification / Scrum Master certifications is preferred.
- Certification on Microsoft Power Platform would be an added advantage
Relevant Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the insurance industry with 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Good understanding of insurance business and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software; Planview and Jira or ADO preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to understand and solution on need basis validating the project requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze vendor performance and make data-driven decisions.
