Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead commercial fit out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate interior fit-out work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of a project from conception to completion.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and Review Project Plans and Blueprints:
  • Create detailed project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Review and refine project plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Manage Commercial Fit-Out Projects:
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial fit-out projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Client Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Budget and Schedule Management:
  • Prepare and adhere to project budgets and schedules.
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Project Team Management:
  • Lead and manage the project team.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.
  • Compliance with Safety Regulations and Building Codes:
  • Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Sub-Contractor Management:
  • Manage and coordinate sub-contractors to ensure timely and quality work.
  • Negotiate contracts and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Bill Management and Closure:
  • Oversee the billing process and ensure timely payments.
  • Ensure all financial aspects of the project are properly managed and closed.
  • Resource Planning and Management:
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize efficiency.
  • Approvals and Documentation:
  • Obtain necessary approvals from clients, architects, and management.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

Key Skills Required

  • Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 6-9 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out projects.
  • Extensive experience in corporate interior fit-out work.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
