Job Responsibilities:

5+ years of project management experience in software development.

Strong experience delivering projects using Agile methodology.

Excellent resource planning and team management skills.

Proven track record managing end-to-end ERP or large SaaS products.

Good understanding of ERP modules (CRM, HR, Finance, Inventory).

Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Monitor project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Hands on attitude when mentoring/helping other team members

Exposure to software development especially Web and Mobile

Design software high level as well as detailed design

Interact with customers, gather requirements and take over as a project manager

Take on all challenges of productization and project management; lead the dev team with example

Responsible for delivery deadlines and Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsible for estimating new proposals

Suggests smart technical solutions to meet client requirements efficiently

Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients

Champion a responsive and stack-agnostic approach to modern software development.

Should be proficient in Agile methodologies.

Should be comfortable with multiple technology stacks on both front-end and back-end.

Very strong analytical skills and problem solving ability

3+ years managing ERP or large IT projects (preferably in manufacturing or project-driven industries).

Strong in leading teams and managing stakeholders.

Hands-on with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo, or custom solutions) is a plus.
