Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GIT AWS GenAI Basics Spring Boot Java 8 and Core Java. Experience in Finance & Accounting or Devices is a plus. This role involves managing projects to drive innovation and efficiency contributing to our companys success and societal impact.
Responsibilities

- Oversee the execution of projects maintaining timelines and budgets to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.
- Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Utilize GIT for version control ensuring code integrity and collaboration among developers.
- Leverage AWS to deploy and manage scalable cloud-based applications.
- Apply GenAI Basics to enhance project outcomes with innovative AI-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain applications using Spring Boot ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Implement Java 8 and Core Java best practices to optimize code quality and efficiency.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Identify and mitigate risks ensuring project success and minimizing potential disruptions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives enhancing project delivery processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in GIT AWS GenAI Basics Spring Boot Java 8 and Core Java.
- Demonstrate experience in Finance & Accounting or Devices domains is advantageous.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Show proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid work environment.
- Display strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
