Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager Civil located in Perintalmanna. The Project Manager Civil will oversee and direct civil engineering projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities include project planning, managing infrastructure development, ensuring compliance with construction standards, supervising construction activities, and managing project budgets. The role also involves coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within set timelines and allocated resources.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering and a strong understanding of construction management principles
• Experience with Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Skill in Infrastructure and construction project coordination
• Expertise in Budgeting and cost control for projects
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of safety standards and local building regulations
• Proficiency in relevant software/tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar is preferred
• Prior experience in managing large-scale civil construction projects is a plus
