Project Manager Civil

Role Description The Project Manager Civil will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients to manage site activities and resolve technical or operational issues promptly. The role includes monitoring project progress, managing budgets and resource allocation, preparing and reviewing project documentation, and conducting regular site inspections. The Project Manager Civil will also be responsible for risk management, identifying potential delays or cost overruns, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering and Infrastructure skills, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical standards.
• Project Management and Construction Management skills to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple civil projects effectively.
• Budgeting skills, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and optimizing resources.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in civil construction, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead site teams.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.
